Cardio workout is necessary if you want to burn
fat.
What is best? Cardio on an empty stomach (fasted) or cardio on a
full stomach (fed)?

A Woman’s Thoughts about Her Weight Loss
I was on some of the diet forums; one of the things I noticed was that people on a diet wanted information about how other people managed their diet.
I was on YouTube and found Jennifer Marie telling about her thoughts and weight loss. She is a bit quiet in the beginning but she has some good comments about being on a diet.

I was on YouTube and found some videos about
fat loss and about visualization.
The first video is about fat loss mistakes; in
the video a woman tells about some of the most reasons why people do not
success to achieve their diet goals
In the video she talks about “getting your mind
right” in achieving your goals. A technique to achieve your diet goal could be
through visualization. In the video below is the idea of Visualization
illustrated.
